TAMARIND SEED HUSK
The Tamarind Seed Husk or the brown outer shell of seed obtained after decortications of roasted seed is also very useful product. After decortications of Roasted seed, about 35% of Tamarind Seed Husk is obtained, which is a bye product. At present it is used as fuel & as cattle feed. The tannin can be extracted from Tamarind Seed Husk, which can get good market in Lather Industry.
